Quality policy

Improvement of  “Quality of Task”

Based on the philosophy that 'all the quality in company activities is attributed to "Quality of Task" ', each employee exercises one's own responsibility, duty and authority against all of one's assigned task, acquires a sense of improving the quality of task by repeating continuous improvement, and tenaciously accomplishes the improvement of task on one's own will and act.

Consequently, the quality of parts, the quality of manufacturing, and the quality of final products will be constantly improved, will increase customer satisfaction, competitiveness and profit in the market, and will build a company which contributes to the society.

Basic environmental policy
  1. In all stages of the development, design, procurement, manufacture, service and disposal of AV equipment mechanisms and fishing-equipment tension detectors, proper evaluation of the environmental aspects relative to the impact on the environment will be performed, and we will strive to offer environment friendly products.
  2. We will fulfill our responsibility to society by conforming to international, national, regional, and customer-requested environmental regulations, laws, and standards.
  3. We will carry out our own continual improvement activities (PDCA) to strive to improve our environmental management system, protect the environment and prevent pollution, etc.
  4. On company - wide basis, We will work on the green procurement of purchased parts, conserving energy and resources, reducing waste and recycling resources, and will strive to reduce environmental risks and create a circulating economic society system.
  5. We will evolve environmental activities as a group including related companies in Japan and overseas.

ISO certification status

Tanashin Group considers harmony with the global environment and its protection as important themes, has created an environmental management system conforming to ISO 14001 international standards, and continually works on in environmental activities.
